Transport Rules
To ensure the safety, security and smooth transportation of students, every student and parent must follow the transport rules of Bhawna International School.
- An optional transport facility is available for students subject to the availability of seats for the concerned route.
- Mid-session withdrawal from the transport facility will not be permitted.
- School bus routes once finalized will not be changed except with prior approval of the Transport In-charge.
- Transport facility is provided only during admission or before the notified date of the academic session.
- Transport fee is determined by the school management and may be revised whenever required.
- Transport charges are payable for eleven months.
- Students will travel only in the bus allotted to them.
- Delay due to traffic, breakdown, road construction, weather conditions or government orders shall not make the school liable.
- Bus facility will not be available during extra classes unless specifically informed.
- Students must carry their dispersal card while travelling by school bus.
- Transport once discontinued will not be resumed without written approval.
- Students must reach the bus stop at least five minutes before the scheduled arrival of the bus.
- Parents must receive their ward personally from the designated bus stop.
- The school shall not be responsible for accidents beyond its reasonable control during transportation.

Students are expected to:
- Behave politely and maintain discipline inside the bus.
- Do not shout, fight or create disturbance.
- Do not throw any object inside or outside the bus.
- Remain seated while the bus is moving.
- Never extend any body part outside the bus window.
- Follow the instructions of the Bus In-charge and Driver.
- The school is not responsible for loss of personal belongings inside the bus.

Parents are expected to:
- Arrange only verified drivers or transport services if using private transport.
- Ensure that the vehicle is in good condition.
- Ensure that the vehicle follows all safety norms.
- Ensure that the driver possesses a valid driving licence and adequate driving experience.
